Carlos Yaw Akyeampong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management. Currently serving as the Director of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) at HSE Masters Ltd since January 2017, Carlos is responsible for monitoring and enforcing HSE programs and providing operational leadership for QHSE activities within the organization and on project-specific basis for clients. Carlos has a strong track record in delivering quality management, occupational health and safety management, and environmental management training and regulatory consultancy services to corporate organizations. He specializes in developing HSE-related documentation and customized system software for companies, including food safety management system documentation in line with HACCP and ISO 22001 standards. He also provides valuable assistance to clients and customers in maintaining international standards and developing policies compliant with relevant regulations. Carlos ensures that companies have the necessary resources to manage the highest standards of quality within their organizational structures.
Jewel Bansah

Jewel Bansah is an exceptionally accomplished General Manager at HSE Masters Ltd., where he assumes responsibility for overseeing sales operations and software management. With a solid educational foundation, Jewel holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Geoscience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the esteemed University of Ghana. He has further augmented his skill set with valuable certifications, including being a Certified Data Analyst from Google and a Ghana Stock Exchange Licensed Broker.
Jewel brings a wealth of industry experience to his current role, having previously served as a data analyst and operations officer at Breezer International, a prominent oil and gas value-adding company. During his tenure, he demonstrated remarkable proficiency in conducting data analysis, identifying industry trends, and contributing to the development and implementation of value-adding initiatives. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to optimize operational efficiency were instrumental in improving decision-making processes.
From 2018 to 2020, Jewel served as a relationship manager at Databank Financial Services, a renowned financial institution. In this capacity, he successfully managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial advice and superior service. His exceptional client relationship management skills, coupled with his insightful market research and analysis, enabled him to identify lucrative investment opportunities and deliver favorable outcomes for his clients.

Bernard Y.A. Yeguo (Bsc. MPhil)

As an experienced researcher, Bernard has worked with several organizations in developing research proposals and executing them to obtain results. With a strong academic background in environmental economics and a wealth of experience under his belt, he is very conscious and passionate about the environment. He has been involved in various health and safety courses including IOSH Managing Safely, Food Safety and Hygiene (Level 2 Training), Combined First Aid and Fire Fighting Training and NEBOSH Award in Occupational Safety and Health at Work. Bernard also holds a valid BOSIET with CA-EBS qualification.
Emmanuel Agyeman-Duah
Head, Environmental Assessment
A professional Chemist with a wide exposure to ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and extensive experience in ISO 17025 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories). Emmanuel was the Sectional Head at SGS Ghana Ltd where he supervised the Metals Department of the laboratory. His mandate ranged from organizing workloads to performing quality control checks and safety/quality trainings and audits. Emmanuel also served as deputy Laboratory manager at Eiffage Genie Civil for the Tema Port Expansion Project. He was also a Senior Environmental Officer at Intelligence Nature International, a sustainability risks and opportunities management firm which specializes in helping multinational companies, small and large businesses, in the mining and minerals, agricultural, power and energy, food and beverage, oil and gas industries with tailor-made sustainability solutions. Emmanuel is a member of the royal society of Chemistry.
